About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be as happy as a tick on a fat dog

ABOUT ME

I'm a 29 year-old Dane who loves travelling. Any chance I get to experience a new country; I grab it with both hands along with my passport. I am a bubbly and social person and I enjoy meeting new people.

PHILOSOPHY

Well, George Bernard Shaw has already expressed the philosophy to which I try to live my life in a far more elegant way than I ever could have done, so here goes...

"People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and, if they can't find them, make them."

Interests

Linguistics is another passion of mine which is why I chose to pursue a Master's in Computational Linguistics. I also enjoy oil painting in my spare time and I love getting into that creative and meditative mode where the mind just turns off.

Although I can be rather uncoordinated and have the ability to trip over thin air, I love to try my hand at sport. I really enjoy badminton as well as individual sports like cycling. However, I also very much appreciate the underrated art of relaxation and love chilling-out with my boyfriend, hanging out with friends and generally just loafing about and unwinding in good company :)
