CURRENT MISSION
Answer the world's call and see it!!
ABOUT ME
I'm a Baha'i, and I strive everyday to live a healthy, loving, genuine life :0) I love sharing the Faith and celebrating the beauty of life through yoga/playing around doing headstands and poses, cooking and enjoying meals with everyone, hiking, anything in the water, traveling, learning other languages, and learning something from everyone I meet!
After living on Maui for around 2.5 years, I packed up to see family and friends for the holidays/new year back in Chicago, and moved to Australia on a 12 month work/holiday visa. I started in Sydney for about a week visiting an amazing friend and moved to Perth with just my bags, a room booked at a hostel and a whole lot of hope and excitement! As I put in this section November 2013 "I can't wait to find what's waiting for me to discover out there :0)"
Although alone and without a plan at first, I rode the emotional roller coaster of moving somewhere just because my dreams led me there and slowly fell madly in love with Western Australia. I roadtripped from Perth to Albany and Esperance, then Margaret River. I completed a 5000+kilometer roadtrip from Perth to Darwin over 3 weeks with two of my best friends before coming home. I'm back in Chicago in order to be near to my family. I can't wait to get back into the Chitown groove after being gone for the last 5 years (moved to Colorado and Hawaii before Australia). I plan to make the next year that I'm living in Chicago one full of adventure, joy, and amazing new experiences!

PHILOSOPHY
I am a world citizen....might as well see my home country (which is the whole earth!)
"To be a Baha'i simply means to love all the world; to love humanity and try to serve it; to work for universal peace and universal brotherhood." --Abdu'l-Baha
"If your body is a temple, why not decorate the walls?" :0) Never thought I'd ever get a tattoo....now I have 4. Proud of my ink, especially the tattoos I got this year in memory of my sister Julia's life <3
