I only just came back home from a 5-week journey through Scandinavia - a wonderful experience I could never have imagined beforehand.
Now I have to get used to a “normal” life again, without a backpack etc. I love being back home though.

The people I met through couchsurfing were warm-hearted and inspiring and my stays always went well.

Meeting locals is an indispensable part of travelling as I understand it. I want to talk with people from all over the world, hear their stories and aspirations and perhaps stay in touch afterwards

Solo hike in the wilderness of Padjelanta national park, Sweden, for a full week. I hiked more than 160km in total:)

Exploring the desert of Wadi Rum, Jordan, on horseback for 5 days, cut off from any connection to the outer world. That was a true adventure ;)
