About Me
Hey there! During university, my friends and I started hosting travelers while living off campus. I graduated, worked full time for 3 years, and then decided to quit, uproot my life, sell most of my things and travel. I’ve been working and volunteering in most places and now I’m excited to try Couchsurfing again! Hope we get the chance to connect as I love meeting new people and learning about other cultures.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Meet new people and experience a country through your eyes
Interests
Hiking, traveling, singing, dancing (albeit badly haha), languages, puns
Music, Movies, and Books
Music - I love a whole lot and really don’t discriminate. Some of my favorite bands are Alabama Shakes, Lumineers, Beatles (obviously), mama’s & the papas. Go-to song at the moment is “jungle” by tash sultana.
Movies - anything Tarantino
Books - The Giver, Anthem
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Bridge jumping in Ecuador (made it out alive to tell the tale)
Teach, Learn, Share
Everything and anything
What I Can Share with Hosts
Hopefully we can swap some travel stories! And my mind thinks in puns so I’m happy to share my “dad jokes” with you anytime.
Really though, as someone who would be opening your home to me I have the utmost respect for you and your space. Would love to lend a hand any way I can with cooking, cleaning, etc.
