To not get stuck. I am young and this is my only chance to fill myself to the brim with life experiences that will benefit my future without the risk of losing opportunities in the United States.

ABOUT ME

It is a rare occasion that I am not happy or looking forward to something. My friends often become annoyed with me when I exclaim how pleased I am with something because they say I am not selective enough and that pleasure doesn't mean anything out of the normal. But my normal is happy and pleased, making me both easy to be around and get along with.
My whole life I have considered myself an artist and have been working towards my goal of becoming a painter. I am extremely dedicating to this future and have incredible work ethic that shows how much I care for it. I love school and being surrounded in a driven environment of fellow piers who desire similar goals.
I like to laugh and go out and dance and have fun. I enjoy activities and being busy and surrounded by other people and things - I think it is for this reason that I enjoy living in the city. I am not the kind of person to sit around and be lazy - although I do still love to relax and kick back. I love going out and my favorite thing to do besides art and travel is to go to concerts and live music with friends.

PHILOSOPHY

One should be eager and open to living an over-saturated life.
This applies anything from food, to the amount of people you surround yourself with to the high quality of experiences you desire to the quantity of attempts you have in creating them. Don't feel selfish when you're trying to please yourself because if you're happy, you will begin to naturally give off that extra good energy to the people around you.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couchsurfing and can't boast about having done much just yet! Within the next few weeks though I hope to attend several couchsurfing events in Florence. Then, by the end of April, my plan is to travel around and stay in welcoming homes, enjoying the experience in every location I visit.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not yet had the opportunity to couchsurf in my lifetime! I am new to the website and have found this time to join as I am on my Study Abroad in Florence and plan to travel through Europe until my return to the United States in late June.

Interessen

Art is what I do. Obviously, I love travel and culture and I suppose food comes with that, too. I love music and following contemporary trends (in design, fashion, technology, etc.).
