ABOUT ME

My name is Anna, and I'm currently earning my Master's in English at California State University, Fullerton. I tutor writing at CSUF and work as a special education aide at an elementary school. I love reading, writing, and teaching, and hope to be an English professor someday.

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live. Whatever your mission is in life, I will be supportive and encouraging (as long as it doesn't harm others). However people act towards me, I try to put my best self forward.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't done any couchsurfing yet, but I have a friend who has had wonderful couchsurfing experiences, so I am hoping to follow her lead and meet amazing people!

Books: I can't help it; I love Shakespeare! But I love lots of books. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My favorite trips have been to Ireland, Chicago, Oregon, and Alaska. I love hiking, too, and last summer I hiked Mount Baldy in Southern California; some friends and I did it in a day (it took about 8 hours!) and we forgot sunscreen, so we were all very burned. It was still amazing! Sorry, that's more than one thing... oh well!

I'm a great writing/English tutor! I also have a little background in French and Spanish, and I used to be a competitive Irish dancer. I'm great at writing (in English, at least) and I'm a great at working with children and adults with special needs.
