Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequte, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light and not our darkness that frightens us most. There is nothing enlightned about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with a lovely lady in San Francisco last Jan - my 1st couch surfing experience. She was so kind and gave me a spare set of keys to her place when she went to work and showed me 'her' town and lots of nice walks.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Last new years eve was pretty amazing. I was staying in an ashram in Kerala, S. India and we went down to the river chanting Sanskrit words of peace, then we danced in the new year to drumming. It was my first alcohol free new years and I loved it!

I teach belly dance and run Energy of the Spine dance classes in London, mixing belly dance with yoga and relaxation. I could do some guided meditations with you if you need to relax? Definitely always up for massage swops!
