My husband Bryan and I currently live in Kansas City. He is a nurse and I am a stay-at-home mama (we're expecting our first anytime) and work part-time at a local non-profit. I studied elementary education with a certification in p-5. I find joy in life and learning. Some of my hobbies are ceramics, dancing (I love contra, waltzing, swing and square dances), farming (I've worked on a couple organic farmers), hosting people, making friends, hiking, canoeing (KC has the Missouri and Kansas Rivers flowing through it), taking in the moment, teaching, making music and trying new things. Bryan has many of the same hobbies... though having grown up in the Rocky Mts... His include all the awesome outdoor sports - snowboarding, skiing, backpacking, hockey...We are also Christians.
