ABOUT ME

This gal is a lifelong adventurer and a very playful, easygoing, honest & independent person. I enjoy life at a slower pace, and am all about the little moments. I love cities almost as much as I love escaping from them! Music keeps my pulse beating, and I am happiest when cooking with friends and spending time outside, swinging in my travel hammock, getting down to live music or on a mothafuckin' boat : )

on my own path through life, I am never done learning and I view every person I meet along the way as a new opportunity.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

discovered CS when traveling in NZ, have never hosted because I have not had the opportunity but looking forward to a time when it will be possible!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A german girl I wwoofed with in New Zealand told me about couchsurfing, and I used it to find a travel buddy. I look forward to being able to host couchsurfers and meet people who love to travel experientially!

I am a music addict. The first album I owned as a kid was Rubber Soul. I have seen Phish 17 times. I LOVE jam bands, electronica, funk, reggae, bluegrass, indie rock & hip hop, really anything I can dance to.

my favorite literary indulgence is Tom Robbins : ) I am openly a Harry Potter nerd. I like reading real books too, when I have down time.

Movies I love are Donnie Darko, Almost Famous, Beetlejuice, Spirited Away, Harold & Maude...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

swimming with baby sharks in a mangrove in Thailand! I also bungy-jumped from the second-highest site in the world in Queenstown, New Zealand ...but I see and do amazing things every day ; )

I can teach you how to cook yummy food, play your favorite song on a guitar, how to mend a hole in your pants, all about permaculture design, how to id birds, fish, trees, flowers and rocks, how to make jewelry, a few tricks with a hula hoop, and I give great back rubs : ) I try to learn something from everyone I meet.
