ABOUT ME

I love to travel almost as much as I love coming home. I grew up in Atlanta, GA and currently reside in Rochester, NY, although I spent 3 years in Portland, Oregon and daydream about moving to Vermont. My love of travel was instilled at a young age by my insane parents who through long road trips carted me and my sister to all 50 of these United States. I have also traveled a bit abroad visiting New Zealand, Cambodia, France, and India. I'm looking forward to spending my fall in Florence, Italy!

I am a sign language interpreter. I am obsessed with sign language, Deaf history and culture and can geek out about it ad nauseum.

I enjoy good conversation, good beer, snuggling with my dog, knitting, sign language, libraries, cupcakes, postcards, puppet-ing, and playing my ukelele!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used to tour puppet shows in the Pacific Northwest, and couch surfed a bit of the time. I've had many great experiences and am happy to extending the invitation to others now that I've finally landed somewhere.
