ABOUT ME

My name is Anna, I'm 21 years old and from Aarhus. As a child I lived in the United States and England and I recently returned from Brazil, where I lived for about a year. I worked as a volunteer at a Cultural Centre. Afterwards my friend and I launched our own textile project which we carried out in a number of organizations and schools in the state of São Paulo.

I'm pretty down with radio and I love downloading podcasts. I am about to study journalism at Journalisthøjskolen in Aarhus.

I love languages. My time abroad, where I spoke respectively English and Portuguese, has made me
reflect on how identity is often situated in language: Slang, vocabulary, homemade words and expressions characterize me as a person.

Currently I work as a piccoline at Aarhus University Hospital.
