'Partnershiping' for some time, we discovered love for each other and our backpacks during our study in Business school in Rouen, France.

Long story short, we've been traveling since then both together or separately with a bunch of friends and have experienced life abroad for more than two years:

- International study semester in Singapore (Annaik) & India (Dorian)
- Four boys living Trans-Siberian adventure & Road trip from France to Romania (Dorian)
- Two girls backpacking Argentina and Chile & inter-railing across Eastern Europe (Annaïk)
- Working in Taiwan and Hong Kong for two years & exploring Asia during holidays (Together!)

Leaving temporarily our office jobs behind, heading now to New Zealand for a working holiday visa... we decided to travel slow and let the unexpected runs our daily life ! We hope to Wwoof, HelpX, Couchsurf & share with people our good jokes.

We're on Courchsurfing because socializing has always been plentifully part of traveling, we're convinced that we'll always find a way to learn from each other meeting new people... and we love it !

Interessen

As you might have understood, traveling is our biggest interest, and that goes with traveling from home also reading travel books, listening to worlwide music...

Runners beginners, we both love that moment after the 'intense' (depends on the day) sport effort when you feel like on a cloud, breathless and sweaty (but don't love each other at that moment obviously).

We've been passionate about dancing for Annaïk & soccer for Dorian (he knows he'll have to start practicing rugby in NZ, don't tell him, he's scared !) since childhood.

Everything from camping to hiking, climbing... will definitely make us happy too !

Musik, Filme und Bücher

We both love travel novels especially when we read them in the country where the adventure happens (that's also why we fight for the same book time to time !) or books related to society current concerns. Our common favorite authors: Nicolas Bouvier, Sylvain Tesson, Jared Diamond.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Choosing the lifestyle we really wanted: living in different countries, immersed in various cultures, meeting great people & gazing at the world, magic happens everywhere !

Lehren, lernen, teilen

We also expect to learn a lot from this year in NZ and would love to know more about nature, farming, building tree house, fishing, sailing (hoping to sail across the pacific island one day... any skipper around ?), cooking new stuffs, maori culture (& language)
