Hello fellow travelers! I am a newbie on Couchsurfng. My name is Anna and I'm an English and German teacher with a passion for exploring new places and meeting people from different cultures. Travel has always been a huge part of my life - there's nothing I love more than hitting the open road, train tracks or sky and venturing somewhere I've never been before.

As a teacher, I love having the opportunity to connect with students of all ages and backgrounds. Seeing that spark when someone understands a new word or concept for the first time is so rewarding.

When I'm not teaching or traveling, you can usually find me outdoors - hiking, biking, reading a great book on the beach, horse riding, gardening or simply just being andenjoying the prsent moment. I also enjoy sampling local cuisines, snapping photos, checking out live music,or simply being quite immersed in the now in the company of amazing people.

Through Couchsurfing, I'm hoping to find like-minded travelers to explore with, learn from and be hosted by. As a guest, I can promise great conversation over home-cooked meals and an extra pair of hands with any local projects you may have. And as a host, I'll always have an open door, cozy couch, and area tips and recommendations ready.
