I'm an Irish girl who is often in europe, looking for lovely people to host me on my travels :)
I'm a very easy going person, fun-loving, ambitious and I love to meet new people. As I live at home in Dublin I can't host anyone unfortunately, but if there is something in particular you'd like to see then I'd be happy to give you all the information I can!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm in between things at the moment- applying to masters in europe and working as a music teacher. Getting a bit bored of the same routine and really looking forward to moving abroad again. I find that showing people my city makes me love it a bit more so that's why I'm looking for nice people to meet! Also open to meeting new irish people too :)

Interests

I love music and have played violin and piano all my life. I studied Psychology and am currently applying to study a masters in Music Therapy abroad
I have been lucky enough to have covered a little bit of the world already but I aim to explore as much as I can during my twenties...
I love going to music festivals and some of the ones I've been to include: Another Love Story, Forbidden Fruit, Exit festival, Sea dance festival, tomorrowland and Electric Picnic.
I enjoy hiking in the mountains, some of the best walks I've had have been in the rain and snow on Ireland's grassy mountains :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music-wise I am open to lots! At the moment I'm really into acoustic chill (RY X, parick watson, keaton henson) and also funk-electro type stuff (Grammatik, Guts, Apollo Brown).
Movies: I love psychological thrillers, dramas or just any movie that really makes you think (some recent ones that come to mind: Victoria, Whiplash and the Amy Whinehouse Documentary)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

White water rafted through 2 countries in one day (bosnia and montenegro)
I've gotten a hot air balloon ride at sunrise over the wine region of California, that was pretty beautiful!

Teach, Learn, Share

Feel like learning how to play the violin or piano? That I can help you with!
Otherwise not much except the boring language of english and what I can remember of the Irish I learnt in school.

But please, teach me everything you know :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I don't really think there is a typical irish dish but if you can think of one I will happily attempt to cook it for you!
I also make a pretty great moussaka and if you enjoy a drink now an then, I'll happily bring you a bottle of the finest Irish whiskey!
