Born and raised in Hanoi, Vietnam. Lived, studied, and worked in Sydney, Australia in the last 7 years. Currently residing in Bali, Indonesia, enjoying my sabbatical, taking time off work to self-examine, self-reflect, travel, and explore my hobbies and interests.

I'm endlessly interested in and curious about the human condition, why we are the way we are, the meaning of life, how to make the most out of this life and realise our full human potential.

I'm quite a self-reflective person, so you'll find me often journaling, observing my thoughts and feelings, meditating, or getting lost in a deep intimate vulnerable conversation with a stranger or a friend, bearing our heart and soul, our deepest fears and longings.

That aside, I also love dancing, yoga, acro yoga, art, films, and reading.

Before my sabbatical, I used to work as a management consultant advising Australian government on policies and changes, and as a product manager at a tech startup.
