I love stories, and poetry. I like to go hiking in the mountains on long trips. I value a good dance to good music very much. I like to observe and be quiet just as I love to talk a lot about everything. I really like human beings, and I try to explore something every day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first couchsurfed on a trip from Georgia/Armenia back to Germany all the way through Turkey, Bulgaria, Albania,...and was quite struck by the hospitality, my friends and I experienced.
As I myself moved around quite a bit the last years, from the city of Erlangen to Dresden, Marburg, Beirut, eventually Berlin, I didn't really keep up with couchsurfing, but would like to start again as soon as I'll get settled this year.

Interests

I'm very interested in other cultures and their underlying cultural codes/psychosocial mechanisms. I especially have a soft spot for the Arabic language and try my best in learning it right now.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy Techno, especially when going out, like singer-songwriter stuff and (German) hip hop/rap music. I also enjoy classical music a lot, the sound of a piano really calms me down.
I read quite a lot non-fictional stuff, but the most recent books I liked where "Stoner" just as "Butcher's Crossing" by John Williams.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn and listen to people's life stories. I love to share thoughts more than clothes. I guess I could teach how to be humourous even in difficult circumstances and some psychology-related insights into, yeah, basically the mind :-).
