CURRENT MISSION

I'm spending about a year wwoofing to improve my French and learn Spanish. I'll be in Europe in Oct-Dec, then South America Jan-July. ABOUT ME

I'm a Minnesotan with an adventure itch. An introvert who loves people. A born optimist. Food and dance are important to me and two of my favorite ways to get to know folks. I get a fix from learning, which has recently sent me on a quest to build new language bridges through my brain. I want to learn pottery and sailing next.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a wonderful time learning to belly dance with several Polish girls while I was living in Grenoble, France.

My french needs practicing and I'm working on some very rudimentary Spanish - I'd love the chance to listen, talk, and make a fool out of myself trying to roll my "r"s. If you have any break through techniques, I'd love to try them!

I adore cooking with friends & would love nothing more than to share a meal with you over wine. You teach me a dish or technique and I'll do the same. My two favorite cuisines are french & indian & anything that highlights the vibrant colors and flavors of fresh produce.
