One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In my "gap" year I travelled to New Zealand on a working holiday visa with a lovely friend of mine and it was one of the best experiences I ever had. I really enjoyed meeting new people and discovering this amazing country in 6 months of working and travelling. We did get around mostly by hitchhiking which was a very positive and fun experince as we got to talk to many locals as well as other backpackers.
I am sure New Zealand will not be my last adventure far away from home and I'm hoping to "slow travel" some other countries.
