About Me
Hey Guys! I am 18, taking a gap year from school, and super excited to start living out my dream to travel! I come from a family of 12. I was homeschooled through sophomore year of HS and Junior-Senior year I did a running start program to gain college credits. I did sports 6-12 grade and really enjoy just about anything that is active. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest I have had ample opportunity to create hobbies such as hiking, snowboarding, parkour, climbing, yoga, and am always looking for new ways to stay active (especially in an outdoor setting). I would consider myself more of an introvert than an extrovert, but I still love meeting new people and hanging with friends. I am also a firm believer in Christ and endeavor to live my life for Him! As far as personality traits go... I would describe myself as pretty laid back/go with the flow type person. I'm always looking and ready for a spontaneous adventure. I am positive. I... am pretty bad at this whole bio thing haha, so I guess the rest will be a mystery until we meet!
Looking forward to it :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have always had an ambition to travel. I want to travel of course to see awesome things and create memories, but I would really like to use traveling to open my mind. There is so much to discover. So many different people, cultures, and things outside of the world of the United States that I would love to experience and grow from. I want to be engulfed in a community and culture completely different from my own and experience it from a level better than a tourist. To experience it on a personal level. Couchsurfing seems like the perfect opportunity to do this! The community is very unique and appealing to me. I am on couchsurfing to find places to stay as I travel, but also to grow and to learn and hopefully in the future to share and return the favor to other travelers.
