HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I first used couchsurfing a few years ago during a wonderful trip around the world. Embarking on a solo trip, I wanted a new type of experience where I could meet people and learn about different cultures from people. Couchsurfing was this crazy idea that I took a chance on, and I've met some pretty great people as a result.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The hosts I've stayed with thus far have all been amazing. I love being part of this community, going to meet ups, and knowing that there is a community of likeminded people connected around the world. I've been a guest for a while, and I can't wait until I have the space and capacity to be a host.

I love movies - I'll watch just about anything and I have more favorites that I could possibly list here :)

I would love to learn more languages. I always feel a little embarrassed in a different country knowing that I can only speak English proficiently. Languages at the top of my list are Spanish, German, and Arabic.
