ABOUT ME

I am originally from Germany but moved to Sweden in 2012. Now I am living and working in Kalmar, a small town next to the sea.

As often as possible I try to travel around the world. I always prefer to live together with local people in order to get to know their culture better. In my opinion this is the best way to travel.
All the couchsurfing experiences I made have been really great.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started with couchsurfing a few years ago and my first experiences were over all great! Since then I normally always try to use this fantastic option of travelling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Actually all of my experiences were really good. Especially my couchsurfing trip in Sweden was amazing. Me and my friend got to know so many nice people there and found some really good friends!

I love all kind of sports, especially wintersports such as snowboarding and iceskating...
My main interest is triathlon with my best diciplin in swimming and cykling.
As well I am interested in basketball and playing the piano.
In my holidays I also love scuba diving.

A year ago I started to live as ecologically as possible starting with food. Here in Kalmar we live close to a lot of farms and we have easy access to get locally produced food. I appreciate if my guests respect that I only eat vegetarian and don't wanna have any meat products in my fridge or pan ☺️.
