Music: Very wide variety from reggae, cumbia and jazz to goa, disco and suomisaundi.

Movies: as long as they're not too violent and give you something to think about, for example La vita é bella, Le Havre, the Planet Earth series, Princess Mononoke, the Soloist, Coffee and Cigarettes, Searching for Sugar Man

Books: again, so many good ones and different kinds, it's impossible to pick favourites... for instance Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach, the Moomin books by Tove Jansson, Dharma Bums by Jack Kerouac, Steppenwolf by Herman Hesse, the Island by Aldous Huxley, the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon, Drop City by T.C. Boyle

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A delicious dinner out of dumpster dived food with wild herbs and plants - we had a zero budget and still everybody got enough to eat!

I can teach you how to knit really cool wool socks :D
