ABOUT ME

I'm a 25 year old girl from Barcelona, the best city of the world! (at least for me ;) I've studied Human Biology and currently I'm working as a Dissemination Officer at Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC). I love reading, dancing, going out with my friends, meeting new people, playing the piano, drawing, singing and of course...maye my favourite although the most expensive...travelling around the world and learning new things :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in a tiny flat with my partner in Barcelona. Currently it is very difficult to me to accept guest since I have no spare room and the living room is so tiny that I can't fit a bed in it. However, I would be very pleased to be a guide to anybody who needs it :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm quite new in couchsurfing although I have already done some things a while ago. With CS I have been to Newcastle, Birmingham, Glasgow and Montpellier, and they were all great experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

MOVIES
My favourite movies..hmm... probably would be inception, the ilusionist, the pianist, interstellar, the prestige, memento, okay yes, I love Cristopher Nolan.

MUSIC
I like a lot of very different music like indie, folk, funky, rock, r&b, jazz etc My favourite artists are Jason Mraz, Lily Allen, Coldplay and Mumford and Sons but I also love Stevie Wonder, Queen, Elton John and some catalan groups like Manel, Els amics de les arts, Delafé y las Flores azules, etc.. I also play the piano, guitar, ukelele and sing, and with some friends we have a combo :)

One of my favourite books and that had a big impression in my childhood was the curious incident of the dog in the night-time and another one is the solitaire mistery. They are simple books and maybe not great ones, but I read them like 10 years ago, and they marked me more than any others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The whole experience of living in another country: living by your own, meeting new people, learning new languages, experiencieng new cultures, traveling, hitchhiking, couchsurfing, long bus travels to meet my boyfriend, visiting many cities and villages and afterwards going back home and feeling great!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my experiences and hear about yours! I think that we can always learn from other people's experiences in many ways :) I can cook some traditional spanish and catalan food if I'm the guest or be a good guide if I'm the host!
