About Me
Hi! I'm Anna. I love traveling (and eating), so that's how I spend all my money.
I'm now living in Boston doing my master's thesis at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
I love hanging out with people and getting to know people from all over. I love listening to stories and sharing my own.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
One of my favorite things in the world is traveling. What I love the most about it is getting to know the places in a real way, finding out how locals live and which are the less touristic places to go. So, if I meet people from the cities I'm visiting while I'm there, it's a way to exchange their experiences, as well as mine. Couchsurfing is then the best option for this!
Interests
My passion are horses. I've been in love with them since I was around 10 and, ever since, I've always tried to find ways to horseride. In the US, I used to do rodeos and in Menorca, in the summer, I used to be a horse ridding tour guide (for tourists). My other favorite sport is skiing, but that I can only do in the winter and not that often.
I love reading and watching movies, as well as enjoying good food (I love to go out and try new food from all over the world).

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm into differents kinds of music, from Classical music (I play the spanish guitar) , to jazz, rock or pop. I listen to music all day long.
I love the cinema industry, and I even made short film once (for a competition, and won!)
I read a lot of books, but my favorite ones are historical and black novels.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived in the US when I was 16, thanks to a full scholarship. Loved it!! I'm pretty proud of being a cowgirl while I was there too!
I went to India for 3 weeks and I helped building a toilette in a village lost in the mountains. That people taught me a lot more than I expected. They were amazing, we would sing and dance every afternoon and I even got to spend Holi with them!
I went on my own to Sri Lanka and it was the most amazing experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
The more I travel, the more I learn and the better I understand the world. Having an open mind to all opinions, from religious to political, is the most important fact when it comes to understanding cultures and behaviors. This is why I also like talking about my own culture (the catalan) and our own situation in my country. I also like sharing what I've learned in my life.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I just love talking (they used to called me little radio when I was a kid), so conversation is what I can give the most to the hosts. I can also cook a few meals from my country, as well as some others (that aren't that original maybe).
