I am a fun to be around, down to earth girl from Finland; half Finnish, half Hungarian. I am always curious to meet new people and get to know new cultures, hear about history and and people's experiences. I currently work with young people who have lived in foster care and are entitled to after care social work (and love them!). I love having paint on my fingers and when random people smile at each other.

At the moment I am staying in Budapest for the rest of the year and one of the reasons is that I want to learn Hungarian properly. So the best thing would be to meet people who speak Hungarian fluently. :) I have lived all my life in Finland and don't have many Hungarian relatives, so connections are much appreciated!

I haven't yet been unfortunately able to accept guests but I will consider hosting as soon as possible! I am also very interested in the future to show people around both in Helsinki and Budapest but don't unfortunately have time at this moment because of my work here in Finland. When I do something, I want to do it properly and this is not the time. I hope there's still some people who would like to meet up in their cities when I'm travelling, even host me. :)

My biggest interest is people, getting to know them and hearing their unique stories. I am also interested in different cultures, history, religions, languages and politics. I am passionate about my work, and am interested in discussing social issues and social change.

I love both cities and nature. Apart from my work, urban cultures are another thing that I'm passionate about. I grew up listening to hip hop music but I do listen to other kinds of other music as well. I used to deejay a little bit and I would love to have more time to do that. Also I love graffiti and street art, but also other kinds of art. Especially photography exhibitions interest me.

Yoga has helped me in many ways and meditation gets me through difficulties. I start skateboarding every summer and don't make much progress. I also love to dance the night away, also to attend some dance classes every now and then.

And I love a good cup of coffee. :) Walking around, getting lost and finding interesting details in new places is how I would like to travel.

音乐、电影和书籍

I mostly listen to hip hop music, some 90's classics, concious rap and Finnish undeground rap mainly. Also the music that has influenced hiphop / are the roots of hiphop, like funk, soul, jazz, blues, reggae. I enjoy dancing to electronic music like dubstep and d'n'b. Dub music calms me. Music from different corners of the world is fascinating.

I enjoy films that have heart, and also documentaries and cartoon films. I like (stand up) comedy and laughing.

The Finnish Moomin books are probably my favourites. If you haven't read them, I warmly recommend you to read them. :) I like reading for example Zadie Smith and the Swedish Jonas Hassen Khemiri and so on. The book "Little Bee (The Other Hand)" left me speachless, also the book "A Little Life".

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I once won a rap karaoke competition. Ok, seriously speaking I guess one of the most amazing things to do is to give someone hope after they've lost it, and see them smile. Or help them start loving themselves. I hope I've been able to achieve that a few times.

In Helsinki, I can take you to the legal graffiti walls and other more "undeground" attractions, a small ghost town in the woods, the suburbia etc., also some really "Finnish" places like neighborhood pubs. I also know quite well where to get the best raw or vegan cakes in town and good cafés in general. My friends usually ask me, where's the party at, so maybe I can make some suggestions, where to go. I like attending to free outdoor events and also other felstivals and all kinds of fun urban events (and know where they take place).

Good company, endless conversations, my weird (mostly self-ironic) sense of humor. I am great company at gigs, art exhibitions and such. I get easily carried away and am an ok listener, so I guess it's enjoyable to share your city with me. :) I am also a very flexible person and easy to get along with. I can tell a lot of Finland, if that happens to interest you. I can be graffiti painting company or (try to) teach the basics how to do it.
