Overview
About Me
First important thing to know about me is I love food! Eating is one of the best moments of my day. My favorite meals are the ones my mom cooks, of course.
I don't like cold and winter. Blame it on my African part.
Personality wise I would say I am open minded, easy going, enjoy and love life as much as I can.
I love dancing and partying until the sun rises, but I also enjoy spending a whole evening reading a wonderful book on my couch or bed with some background alpha brainwave music (feel free to google this up) and a cup of tea.
I love nature: I am far from being an environmental freak but I do believe protecting our environment is one of the most important area we should focus on, because Nature is Home, and who doesn't want to protect his Home?
People often tell me I could come from the country they are from. They aren't that wrong: to quote a sadly famous French humorist "there is everything in a Madagascan, Chinese, Black, everything".
But sorry guys, no, I'm from Madagascar. However, I think such comments sum up the vision of myself in our world: I was born at one place and respect fully and have faith in my origins but I am not 100% whatever nationality or country as people often say (like 100% French, or 100% Canadian), I 100% belong to our world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To me the best way of traveling is to meet the people of the country you're discovering, see what their habits are, what and how they eat, how they party, how they interact between each other and with people from abroad.
I therefore do not see any better option than couchsurfing to do so!

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't have any specific favorite kind of music - I listen to almost everything, from Beyoncé to System of a Down, reggae music to electro music. But I must say I am a big big fan of Bob Marley, Legend, this simple word speaks the truth and my admiration to this person.
Movies/Directors:
Movies full of emotions (you laugh, you cry, you're scared, you feel empathy, you get attached to the characters) in our crazy world. Volver of Pedro Almodovar is a great example.
Intouchables
Love actually. :)
Books:
E2 - Pam Grout
Les yeux jaunes des crocodiles - Katherine Pancol
The Power of Now - Eckhart Tolle
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveling in the very last wild jungle of Madagascar, discovering wild landscapes, the most heartful and happiest people I ever met, and above all discovering a part of where I come from.
Teach, Learn, Share
Take chances, take a lot of them, because honestly no matter where you end up and with whom, it always ends up just the way it should be. Your mistakes make you who you are. You learn and grow with each choice you make. Everything is worth it. Say how you feel, always. Be you, and be okay with it.
