ABOUT ME

I am an open minded and friendly person who loves to travel and meet new people. I'm always interested in getting to know new things and places as well as cultural backgrounds of each city. Local foods are also always on my checklist ;)
I think it is extremely important to travel and broaden your horizon because the world and we, its inhabitants, are so diverse and the world is so colourful that it must be seen and appreciated to the fullest. I live in Graz (Austria) where I study Biochemistry.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I think Couchsurfing is an excellent way of meeting new people and getting to see how people around the world live, enjoy life and pass their time. Being able to get to know different cultures through the help of locals is an amazing opportunity that needs to be explored and shared.

Interessen

Besides my love for travelling, I really like to meet my friends, go out to party, go to concerts and music festivals, watch good movies, read and basically enjoy life.
I used to play Handball for 10 years when I was younger and since I am Austrian I love to snowboard. Being in the Alps and hiking up the mountains is also one of my favourite things to do. I also enjoy sailing very much and being at the sea :)

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love a lot of bands and musicians like Arctic Monkeys, 21 pilots, Ed Sheeran, 30 Seconds to Mars, Foo Fighters, Beatsteaks, ......

I also love watching movies very much. One of my favourites are the Shawshank Redemption, the Godfather, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings (wow that sounds kinda nerdy haha :D ) RocknRolla, ....

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I've done a backpack tour through Europe when I graduated from High School with a friend. In 2014/2015 I lived and studied in the US where I did a 2 months backpack tour through the entire country.

Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann

I can teach my host how to cook very good Austrian food and basically share my culture with anybody who is interested in getting more information about life in Europe and also Austria :)
