About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Organizing the Journey that is my Life.

ABOUT ME
I haven't quite figured out who I am.

I try to be positive, but I don't always succeed.
I like people, I love exploring the Universes they are, but at the same time people scare me and I can't talk to more than three at a time.
I sing ALL the time, but I know nothing about music.
Some call me nerd, but I'm waaay normal to true nerds.
I work all day and I go folk dancing all night, but I am pathologically Lazy.
I am Italian and I can't cook and I don't drink coffe.

I'm weird, and I think that is one of my best qualities.

PHILOSOPHY

Smile and the world will smile at you.

I guess my philosophy is "Don't worry, be happy" "'cause when you worry your face will frown and that will bring everybody down".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surf, I host, I enjoy the people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went to Andalucía surfing in Valencia and Granada with two friends and it was really great!
I also "surfed" with another friend through Portugal and the north of Spain.

I have started hosting in September 2017 and I love it! I like sharing stories with the people I host. It's a great way to never get sucked a routine, there is always someone new and exciting waiting for me at home.

Interests

Foreign languages, travelling, dancing (every kind of dancing, from balfolk to disco), singing, playing guitar and ukulele, juggling, theatre...

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I love Disney Movies. Almost all of them, especially when the girl does something. Crazy about Frozen!
I'm discovering a new love for movies; some of my favorites are The Librarian, Kill Bill, every musical, Her, Hot Fuzz... there are too many really.
I watch too many TV series, from GOT to Outlander to Lucifer.
Music: This one is complicated. I can't say everything, but I sure like a lot of different types of music! Generally, I like the music I can sing and the one I can dance to.
Books: The thirteen lives and a half of Captain Blu Bear is one of my favorites. I don't read as much as I used to, but when I do I like adventure, even better if it's historic novels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saw an elephant painting.
I rode an elephant.
I slept in a tent in the desert (arriving by camel) under the most amazing starry sky I've ever seen.

Teach, Learn, Share

I guess I could teach some italian.
And to play the guitar and ukulele, even though I'm still learning myself!

And you could teach me the number from one to ten in your language. I used to try and learn them in as many languages as possible. By now I know them in Italian, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Russian, Finnish, Arabic and Japanese.
But really anything that involves a new language makes me happy.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Hopefully, Happiness :)
