About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Living and loving. Sadly enough, mostly living.

ABOUT ME

I am human most of the time, not including early mornings or too long stretches of rainy days. I like food, and I like it even more if it's prepared with a fun group of people. Music is something I enjoy, although I'm not an expert - the same goes for Art in most of its forms. I consider myself an open minded, agnostic humanitarian that is very interested in politics, the force of religion and, most of all, people. Therefore: If you want to know more about me, we could just meet up.

PHILOSOPHY

We are forced to be free - and that's what makes us human.

Music, Movies, and Books

I still love "Fight Club", my one and only highschool sweetheart. I like Wes Anderson's movies a lot and get irrational happy feelings with "Billy Eliott". I worship "Pina" immensely and have still no idea if Borgman was satisfying or not. Apokalypse Now has failed to make me feel anything but glad they did cut out the Lovescene with that french lady. Sometimes I indulge in objectivly bad television and enjoy it immensly.

I mostly listen to Electro Swing, Balcan and Indie, sometimes classical Music. Right now I pretty much can't stop listening to First Aid kit and the Divine Comedy.

As for books: If you have not read "The world according to Garp" you might just want to do that. Now. Awesome book, awesome author to be honest. "One Hundred years of solitude" and most other Márquez-books have introduced me to magical realism, which is just beautiful. The Rhinoceroses is a piece of Art, and my perfect light reading are Terry Prattchet and Douglas Adams. I might also have read the Game of thrones series. Repeatedly.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Waking up in the desert in the middle of a full moon night and walking on sanddunes all by myself - I thought that was pretty amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you random facts nobody needs, I want to learn all you have to offer - or at least most of it -, and I really want to share the experience of an world wide open, full of awesome people to meet, yummy food to eat and amazing things to see.
