About Me
ABOUT ME
I'm a dynamic and open-minded person who loves to connect and share with other people. I am currently travelling in Colombia and Peru for several months with my partner, Yves. We are a Polish-English-French couple, we both love spending time in nature. We hope to meet people during our journey to spend time together, share each others' cultures, and make friends!
PHILOSOPHY
Making the most of the time and possibilities available to you in life. Trying to think about things from many perspectives, being empathetic- it widens horizons and helps to understand oneself better, too.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
On my first ever solo trip I spent a month travelling in France and met many wonderful people on the way thanks to couchsurfing.
I also couchsurfed while travelling in Mexico, and met a lot of great people via couchsurfing during my first stay in Colombia. I am now travelling in Colombia and Peru with my partner Yves, and we hope to meet great people on the way!
After coming back from travels we will be moving to Warsaw, Poland, the city where I grew up, and we will hopefully be able to host travellers there!
Interests
Sustainability, environmentalism, politics. Thinking about how to make the world a better place and trying to do my part in achieving that. Searching for ways of a more community-driven, shared life

Music, Movies, and Books
Some of my favourite film directors: I'm a huge fan of Polish cinema-Kieslowski, Holland, Pawlikowski (the one who filmed Ida, Cold War); also Kubrick, Lynch, Nolan, Sorrentino...
I listen to music ranging from classical through jazz funk to experimental electronic music. Always happy to discover new stuff!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Going on a camping trip to Georgia, and having been lost and found in the mountains, sleeping in a tent on a high peak over the clouds
Hitchhiking from Oxford to Vienna in 36h, whilst wearing a pink dressing-gown (see photos for proof ;) )
What I Can Share with Hosts
We can share:
- conversation ranging from silly jokes to philosophical debates
- cooking! We really like cooking vegan, during this trip we are eating vegetarian
- language skills: I can teach you any of the languages that I speak
- dancing: I have danced for a long time, including swing, salsa, and hip hop! Always happy to teach some new dance moves
