Hi! I'm Anna, 23 years, and I'm going to live in Nottingham for one semester during my bachelors.
For the last two years I've lived and studied in Bayreuth, which is a small town in the south east of Germany and not particularly remarkable exept for the Bayreuther Festspiele (which means of a lot of Wagner music...) and of course the Bayreuther Dialoge (which is a really great conference).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting new people is the best thing I can imagine. I'm always happy to get a glimps at how people from all around the world live.

As I'm new in town and don't have an appartment till the 24th, I'm looking for a place to stay. Couchsurfing, I think, is the best and easiest way to get to know new people and so I'd like to combine my need for a place and the opportunity to already meet people from Nottingham.

Interests

I love experiencing new environments, seeing new places and really getting to know them. At home I enjoy being outside, with my friends, my family, on my own or with my great dog. I like to draw, to paint, to do pottery, basically anything that involves creating something new. I also enjoy doing sports and take the bike as often as possible though I wouldn't describe my as "the great athlete". Music is also a great interest of mine, regardless of if I'm playing, going to concerts or just listening to it.
