About Me
Hi there!
Welcome to my page :) I'm Anna from Kharkiv, Ukraine. My couchsurfing experience isn't too big, but I really enjoyed it.
Few words about me. I'm a Business Development Manager at IT company and due to my responsibilities I've got a lot of acquaintances all over the world, mostly from the USA, Australia, Israel and few Western European countries. I've studied Journalism and Management in two Universities so I'm sure we'll find some common topics of interest to talk about.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is an awesome service for finding friends all over the world. I'm very sociable and always need new people for exchanging of information and emotions.
My first CS experience was travelling to Lviv. Later it became my most favorite city, capital of my heart. Actually I went there few more times after that.
Also I visited Sumy and Zhaporizhzhya where I've spent great time on concerts of my favorite music band "Okean Elzy".
Interests
I like to help people. So one of my hobbies is volunteering. I help on the concerts of Ukrainian singers and bands either on huge stages like stadiums, or on small ones like concert halls and theaters. During last two years I've been working with Okean Elzy, Vnochi, Scryabin, 5'Nizza, Loboda as a part of Susy Production Team.
My another hobby, that makes me happy almost every day, is Postcrossing. It's a service of exchange of postcards (real paper cards) by mail. It's really so nice to receive a postcard into your postbox from Chile or Zimbabwe or send some surprise to our penfriend to Australia. Actually Postcrossing helps me to receive emotions from other countries where I can't go.

Music, Movies, and Books
MUSIC
My favorite tracks (that I liked during last year) are here http://www.deezer.com/profile/657163541/loved
MOVIES
Unfortunately I have no time for watching films, though my favorites are "Léon: The Professional" and "The Fifth Element"
BOOKS
I read every day and can't imagine my life without books. My favorite book is "Les miserables" by Victor Hugo. Also I like some modern writers like Stephen King, Stieg Larsson, Ransom Riggs. I regularly visit book presentations of Ukrainian authors and fond of Ukrainian modern literature. So I can talk for hours about books and recommend you the best one. For today my favorite writer is Max Kidruk. He's a Ukrainian author and traveler. He's visited more than 30 countries and writes either travelogues of techno thrillers based on real situations. I really hope that soon his books will be published in other languages (today you can find his books in Ukrainian, Russian and Polish).
