ABOUT ME

One of my absolute favourite things to do in this world is to travel.. I feel free and happier and more alive, when I'm travellling. And I simply love to meet new people and get to know different cultures. That's why I've been living longer periods in Spain and Chile, for instance, and I do want to live abroad again.. Connected to this, - languages are my biggest interest..I am very interested in grammar and linguistics, in general, but also the practical part, since knowing languages is a way to open doors, when you travel..It gives me a wonderful feeling to be able to communicate with the people, I meet, when I'm travelling.
When I'm not travelling, I am living and studying in Copenhagen, Denmark. I still have at least one year left of my university studies, but I am really enjoying studying and haven't got any particular hurry with finishing the university. (I am very aware of the luxury of this position - not having to get the degree as fast as possible - living in a country where university is free and you get a grant for studying).

Music, Movies, and Books

The movie I've seen most times in my life (since I was 13 years old) is Amadeus.. and lately I've been watching Groundhog Day a lot. It contains a wonderful sense of humour and has a nice little message about forgetting yourself and your own belly button in order to get to see or obtain the important things in life...
A week ago I watched a french movie called 'Je vais bien, ne t'en fais pas' (which I quite liked, although I do find it a bit too untrustworthy in the ways the things turn out) - but ever since, I've been listening to the song from the movie: 'U-turn (Lili)' by Aaron. It has this very seducing text.. 'Lili, take another walk out of your fake world, (...) you see that you can breathe without no backup'.
