In 2014 I sold everything that wouldn't fit into a backpack, left my job and started traveling.

Before that I was a flight attendant, so travel has been a huge part of my life for years now.

I have had some of the most beautiful 'offices' and amazing experiences I could imagine. I love culture, food and languages, and look forward to experiencing even more of this world!

I think that meeting people is the real way to truly experience a country. After 8 months of traveling hotels loose their novelty, and interacting with real locals who really know a place is definitely my preferred way to go.

The most amazing has been the most recent - three months volunteering across Greece to help refugees making the dangerous crossing into the EU. From working on the beaches pulling in boats to coordinating medical teams up at the Macedonian border, it's truly been the experience of a life time.

Some other memorable parts my life?.. working as an EMT, working as a flight attendant, beach parties in Fiji, road trips in northern Thailand, watching the New Years Eve fireworks from an abandoned penthouse suite rooftop in Chiang Mai, Living in a cabin at a buddhist sanctuary in Malaysia, Spending a summer in the South of France living off wine and cheese, A day exploring the Patisseries of Paris, 10 days tasting the culinary delights of Mexico city, Puebla and Oaxaca... the list goes on and on, I have a truly amazing life.

I love to cook, to eat, and to share stories. My favourite way to exist is with a group of people in the sun talking over great food and wine.

I have backgrounds in all sorts of interesting subjects, so I love to teach people new things, but really I think good conversation is the best way to share!
