ABOUT ME

My name is Anna Berentsen,I was born and raised in Olympia, Washington, which is the state Capital of Washington state. I'm an artist- at the moment I work as a character animator in the video game industry. As far as my personality goes, I talk a LOT, I love to meet new people, and I am really outgoing. I can be really sarcastic and I like to joke around a lot, so I get along best with people who have a good sense of humor and who don't take themselves too seriously.

PHILOSOPHY

The best way to enjoy your life is to keep moving forward, and not live in regret.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think the opportunity to meet people all over the world through this site is so great, and I would love to show people around Seattle, like I hope people would show me around their home cities. I don't have a couch, but I definitely know where to go to get a real Seattle coffee (and it's not Starbucks!)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couch surfed in Spain and France, and have met some friends through the site in Seattle. So far no bad experiences to be had, only awesome ones!

My top 4 books are Bel Canto, The Time Traveler's Wife, World War Z, and The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. My top 3 movies are Sean of the Dead, Empire Records, and The Fifth Element. I don't have top music, because I pretty much like something by every artist or any genre there is. I am not picky with music-- as long as it's good.

I climbed a mountain behind my friends house in time for sunset and climbed back down in the dark with no flashlight. When I say climbed I don't mean hike. There was no trail. I will do anything for a really great sunset.
