About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Learning... from books, places and people

ABOUT ME

I am Ukrainian to the core of my heart :)

PHILOSOPHY

If you want it to be done, do it yourself!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is an amazing opportunity to meet new people and to experience the local life (at least for a little bit). I have traveled quite a lot before, but it was only last year, after having tried couchsurfing when I realized what travelling is about. There is a big difference of living in a ho(s)tel and living in somebody's house. Who can share the atmosphere of the city better than the local?

Interests

Highly interested in travelling, learning about new cultures, going on long walks to explore the city, reading books, learning languages.

Passionate about NGO work, debating.

oh, and of course I love having fun with friends!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

That one time when my friend Felicia and I were courageous enough to go hitchhiking. First time, almost no preparation, cold and rainy day in Hamburg. Dozens of drivers whom we have approached and 5 who gave us a ride. There was a moment when we thought that we would have to sleep in the field in German countryside with no tent. But, we still made it to Malmo that night!
