About Me
Recently I've watched a few movies with general message like: You never know what tomorrow brings, so live your life today. I decided to follow this advise.
There is no better way of spending time than travelling, discovering, exploring taking adventure :) somehow travelling tends to magnify emotions, it makes you more aware of yourself. I learned more about myself while on the road than anywhere else. It gave me the "I can make it" attitude :)
So here's who I am and who life made me to be: I studied economics. I'm interested in politics. I love challenges and I am not afraid to try new things. I can't count how many jobs I had in my life. In 2006 I was a maid in 5 stars hotel and this year I was a guest there. I love animals, I had 10 different pets so my parents had to accept the fact that I'm running a little zoo in my room.
I'm an open-minded, easy-going, positive and curious person.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
"If you reject the food, ignore the customs, fear the religion and avoid the people , you might better stay at home" James Michener.
I'm on couchsurfing because I think this is the only, unique way to get to know all of the above.
Sometimes I see people are surprised when I tell them that my best trips were Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, while I have been also in Las Vegas, New York, seen Niagara Falls etc. I just smile, because all these other places I just seen while Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey I really experienced - thanks to couchsurfing and youth projects :)
Interests
My first and biggest love is skiing. But hence snow is not always available I like spending my free time actively: biking, mountain climbing, swimming, kick-boxing or just hanging around without purpose.
And of course I like to travel a lot. During studies I had to learn the history of international relations and that was the time when my passion to former Soviet Republics history and customs began. Especially I'm fascinated with Southern Caucasus countries. I've already been there 3 times and I know I am not done with this region yet. Additionally my dream is to visit Kazakhstan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Since for now I don't recall myself anything amazing I did I'll mention one of the nicest things that happened to me.
Some time ago I visited my parent's friends: they had two children aged 4 and 6 and their mother was expecting 3rd baby. I spent 3 great weeks there, I fell in love with the kids, had a lot of fun with them and then went home. A few months later I got to know that the 3rd baby is born and it's a girl and the parents had no choice but to call her my name - Anna. The kids so much liked me that they didn't even wanted to hear that their little sister can have any other name than mine :) It was soo sweet!
Teach, Learn, Share
I don't find myself to be able to teach anyone anything, but whole my life I spent in Wroclaw, Poland, I know a lot of its history, architecture or places worth visiting so I think I could be a good guide in this city.
