About Me

Hi everyone, I am an open minded student and solo traveler looking forward to meet locals or other travellers for sharing a good time. I enjoy exploring cities unknown to me without a map and without a time limit. My main interests are with nature, animals and the wild world - and with learning about anything that crosses my path. Looking forward to experiences and adventures and further expanding my horizon.
Cheers, Anne

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a solo traveller against choice - haven't found a buddy that matches my style of travelling yet. I hope to find cool people with whom I can share the experiences on my journeys on couchsurfing.
Also, I really like the idea of spontaneously offering a couch and the opportunity to stay with locals. It opens up a whole new world of possibilities for chaotic solo travellers like me. Also I love to listen to authentic stories of people, that I would never have had a chance to meet if it weren't for cs.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to give everything a try but usually chill, acoustic music speaks to me the most, also I enjoy classical pieces...
Concerning books, I could read Harry Potter anytime, Lord of the Rings gets me addicted over and over again, but when I seek new inspiration I pick up travelling novels or autobiographies. My recommendation: "Reason for Hope" by Jane Goodall

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- spending 5 months in Mongolia, working and travelling with locals

- hiking 120km alone in 4 days through the Alps without a map, a tent, a phone or hiking boots

- many international competitions of Horseback Archery

-travelling from Ulan Bator to Berlin on land on my own

Teach, Learn, Share

I really enjoy learning and speaking foreign languages, drawing, music in any form, and a lot more that I forgot just now. Currently I am studying veterinary medicine.

What I Can Share with Hosts
