Okay, so I was born and raised in Dresden, then I studied in Hanover for 5.5 years.
After graduating from high school, I gained my first experience abroad via the “helpX” (helpexchange) website. A self-organized year of "work and travel", so to speak. The idea of ​​this site is very similar to the Couchsurfing concept. The website connects travelers with people who need help around the house, in the garden or at work. The travelers receive board and lodging for their work. So I traveled around Europe a bit. I was in the Czech Republic, GB, France and Spain and looked after children, dogs, horses or ducks, helped with the gardening, the private B&B or corner shop and of course met a lot of incredibly great people.

I'm an open minded, tolerant, and quiet person, but incredibly curious, with a hunger for new experiences. I love to do handicrafts and do sports and I love nature.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing during my Helpex time to meet people and learn about local events. One or the other time my planning between or with the jobs didn't quite work out and I needed a place to stay for a few nights at very short notice...

So far I've only had good experiences here. I like the type of person you meet on couchsurfing.
