I'm a world travelling yoga and meditation teacher that has been travelling the World since 2013, sharing my love and knowledge to everyone I meet.

To some I might seem serious, wise and withdrawn, to others I'm a hyperactive playful bubbly person that ends up in silly slapstick situations. It all depends on my environment and how safe and accepted I feel in it. In Yoga philosophy we say that we are a fusion of the 5 people we hang out with the most, so if one of those people doesn't have the qualities you'd like to see in yourself you might need to consider spending more time with other people and it's something we really need to take to heart, because we don't only feed our body with food, but also with music, emotions, knowledge and friends.

That being said I think it's obvious that I'm vegetarian (back in New Zealand I was vegan but I temporarily had to switch back to vegetarian when I was living in India and Spain) and I just love cooking all kinds of interesting vegetarian meals and designing fake meat dishes for my meat eating friends. It's such a nice feeling to cook things with love and put your heart into it and then give it to those you care about, it's such a beautiful way of sharing your love for them.

I also really love playing board games. Before I started travelling around the World my friends and I would come together at least once (often twice) a week to play board games, tabletop games, role playing games, etc. And it's actually one of the few things I miss doing while travelling :D

So yea if you're interested to learn about yoga, the tribes and jungles I lived in, the things I learned while living in remote areas of the World, and joining ashrams and temples, or if you're just interested if the rumors you heard about the Great Barrier Reef are true, then I'd totally love to tell you about them. Alternatively I can be there to listen to you, to comfort and support you and give you advice where needed and possible.
