About Me
I was born in France and I did most of my studies in this country. For my master's internship I wanted to go abroad and take the opportunity to live a few months in another country, to discover new cultures, to meet people from all around the world etc... This is how I spent 5 months in Lousiana. I got the chance to meet wonderful people, and to visit a country full of beautiful landscapes. After that experience I wanted to continue my studies in the Usa and I started to apply to american universities. I got admission to Umass Boston and I'm back for 5 years for a PhD.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like the concept of this network. I like traveling, couchsurfing is not only convenient but it's also a good way to meet people when you are new in a city. Hosts usually have good advise about what to visit, the life in the city in general.
I like sharing experiences, discussing about almost everything.
I'm open-minded, easy-going and adaptable.
I don't have my own place yet but I will be more than happy to host someone when I'll find one very soon.
Interests
I like drawing, this is my favorite hobby. I draw mostly portraits but I also like to walk around a city, to stop and draw what's in front of me.
I like going out with friends, laugh all the night long, sharing memories...
I like dancing, I took a few salsa lessons and I would like to keep learning.
The first thing I do when I'm back home from a day of work is playing music! I like rap, reggae, soul music, Latin music, pop, and so on...
I like going at the cinema, especially to watch historic movies, thrillers

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have been to Togo in Africa with a voluntary association. We built an infirmary in a small village where there was no electricity and no running water. We lived there for three weeks. It was a great lesson of life. We learned to live without our comforts and it felt good ! it was also an interesting exchange of culture.
