I'm a 28-year-old Assistant Producer. I work in TV documentaries and I really love my job because of the strange and wonderful people I get to meet and the diversity of the shows I work on.

I've been kind of travelling for the past 6 years. I lived in Australia for two years, then New Zealand for a few months, then London for two-and-a-half years, and now Vancouver, with lots of travelling in between.

I so enjoy meeting new people and having a few sociable beers. Also eating is good. Food is one of my favourite things in the whole world. All types of food.

I enjoy sport and being active. I play Gaelic football and have a bicycle back home named Brian, who I miss dearly. I like to ski too!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like meeting new people and getting to know locals wherever I go. It's a much better experience that way I think. Short-term rental/Air BnB/Hostel prices can also be exorbitant, so that too.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like ALL sorts of music but am terrible with genres/who actually sings/plays what. I'm currently enjoying DJs who play a happy blend of disco, funk, soul, house, and electronic music. Also Leon Bridges' album. Also Discover Weekly on Spotify.

I like all sorts of movies too, except really, really bad ones. I love documentaries. Grizzly Man is my favourite documentary ever.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once saved a baby from a shark attack. JOKES. I did see Big from Sex and the City in a restaurant that I worked at and played it really cool.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I LOVE cooking for people. I make a bunch of nice dishes! I also have a wobbly arm for twisting to go to the pub for beers.
