I finished my master on Asian studies recently and have been trying to get more specialized in my field by pursuing another degree.
During my studies I had the chance to travel and live in other countries, in Japan and India. These experiences were great opportunities that helped me apprehend the world in another way, and they also changed the way I travel. While travelling in Asia, I understood that there was just no point in travelling and doing sightseeing without being able to connect with locals. To be able to meet new people, connect and exchange with them completely change a trip and can give you a whole new perspective.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel, but during trips I often regretted that it was so difficult to meet and connect with locals… which lead me to CS! More than anything, I like to meet new people and share new experiences with them. Meeting new people from different cultures is what makes a trip a great adventure. But CS is also a two way sharing, and I am always more than happy to share and discuss things with the people I meet.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy listening to all different types of music. I feel that music should reflect a person's mood, and therefore, every type of music has a time and place.

I also love to spend hours on Netflix, even though I still love to go watch movies in theatre.

I love reading, I read very different types of book from novels to manga and to societal and political essays !

I can cook or try to cook some french food, and I would be happy to learn some specialities from your countries!
