ABOUT ME
Hi guys!
I'm Anne, a 22-year-old girl from beautiful small but cold Denmark. I've just come home from a 3,5 months backpacking trip through India and Southeast Asia and I can't wait to get going once more. Therefore, around the 10th of July I'm going to grap my gorgeous boyfriend Malte, who's been so patient waiting for me to finish my last travel, and go with him on a new adventure through Europe.
We plan to hit Amsterdam around the 10-13th of July, then stop in Paris before going to Brest. Later on we'll be passing through Vienna, and then it's time to discover eastern Europe.
We hope to meet a lot of interesting people along the way, and that's why we prefer to go couchsurfing.
About us:
Malte is very fond of colourful shirts and shaves far too seldomly (though he may not agree), but growing up as the son of a priest he is very polite, plays the cello and sings in a choir. Being a history student he loves anything old, especially wars and old weapons, though he is a passionate pacifist. His jokes are not always funny, but he is very generous and his strawberry tart is a treat!
I myself am the lazy one, having worked and travelled instead of hurrying to university, but this september I'll start studying "the history of Ideas", something about philosophy and - yes - ancient stuff. I have a fetish for eating chilli until my stomach protests, playing guitar until the neighbours protest and reading guidebooks until I fall asleep.
We're easy to hang out with, and we're really not a private-room-let's-pretend-it's-our-honeymoon couple, so hopefully some of you want to host us :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have no experience with couchsurfing yet, but hope to have soon! :)
Interests
I like to play music (I sing and play the guitar), read a lot (I also write a bit myself) but most importantly hang out with my loving family, friends and my boyfriend. I am very interested in history, philosophy and politics. I would really like to learn more about foreign cultures, and therefore I think couchsurfing is the ideal way for me to travel, since it offers a great opportunity to meet people from all over the world.
