Glerter Sabia
Young (mid-twenties) couple keen on language and cultural shock.
We first met each other in my hometown, Recife, a big sea-city in the North-east of Brazil. Glerter's hometown is located in the countryside. He went to Recife to study Computer Science at the university I graduated at. Together we discovered our passion for languages and culture. I studied Linguistics and Literature and Glerter decided stop working in IT sector inasmuch as he wasn't that happy about it. We've been living in Paris since September 2015. It's such a distinctly cosmopolitan city! People here are really partygoers.
Before we travelled abroad, we'd had loads of trips around Brazil, a huge country by the way. In many of them we enjoyed the company of friends of friends we'd never met before.

We've been interested in foreign languages since the university. We had the opportunity to host international students going on academic exchange at our university. Lovely experience! We're going to spend the next few years abroad.
