CURRENT MISSION
Live every day to its fullest!
ABOUT ME
I'm open-minded, social, full-hearted optimist, love salsa, cooking and baking. I love the outdoors (hiking, cycling, you name it) and I'm a big fan of traveling, either close to home or in other countries.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Since I don't have a couch at the moment, I'm not in the perfect position to host anybody. However, I always like meeting new people, show you around my home city and maybe have dinner together :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I was introduced to CS by a friend of mine, who suggested to try it out during a cycling tour. We were cycling past the Dutch Coast (the whole Coast) for 8 days. The last night, at our final destination Groningen, we stayed at a host who welcomed us so warmly into his home, who was so kind and such a great cook, that we could not possibly have hoped for a nicer evening after a 520 km cycling trip.
That´s when I got inspired to open up my house to couch surfers too. Which was one of the greatest decisions in my life :)
