About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Walk my talk, don't expect anything from others I am not able to give myself. I don't blame others, I take on responsibility for my life.
ABOUT ME
I am now at a point in my life where I can clearly see the interconnectedness of all things. We all are made up by our stories. We all have the power to step out of it and write a new story. There are no coincidences, but only synchronicities. Our relationships with others are teaching us who we are at any given moment. I realized that everything I searched for was already inside of me. It’s our birthright to be happy no matter what the external circumstances are.
PHILOSOPHY
Deepak Chopra was once asked in an interview: “What do you know for sure”? He answered: “Nothing”. I like that. I believe we all are a work in progress, and that ‘It Ain’t Over Till It’s Over’. There is nothing left to loose, so why not live a fulfilled life from the inside out, experiencing joy at any given moment? It’s possible, because I choose so! It’s worth it, because LOVE is all there is!

Interests
I would say I am a health nut, running through the coastal redwoods in northern California. An advocate for compassionate living, hugging trees and engaging in regular yoga practice and meditation. You can also find me hiking, rock climbing and mountain biking on frequent occasions. Ah, and sitting on the beach, listening to the sound of the waves and on very lucky days, saying hello to my friends the dolphins!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Watching the sunset in Machu Pichu, Peru was magical. Climbing over the 15,000 feet high salkantay pass to get there was breathtaking!
