Overview
About Me
I'm a natures girl living in the city. I love the experiences and peace nature offers but are for now enjoying the great things cities have to offer too, urban denseness, activities and friends close by. From living and working one year in Hamburg, I am now back in Copenhagen and love it. I bike to all my activities and in a regular day that easily adds up to 20-30km of work, kayaking, meeting friends and going out.
I am an architect and is really curious about the way we build - and how this way has an impact on the way we live. Especially infrastucure, climatic concerns and small scale diy projects fueled by a social discussion has my interest. I develop projects that seek to emphasize the everyday and the spectacular of things we sometimes takes for granted. This interest in architectural fabrication graduates into much of my spare time too, where building homemade interior solution, leatherwork, sowing and knitting makes my day.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The exchange between people you dine with or share your home with is special. In this trustful and curious atmosphere I find it enriching to broaden my world picture by exchanging life stories, recommendations and standpoints with guest - also unlike me. This way of staying makes it possible to travel in situation with fewer finacial means and at the same time gives the best impression of how it is like to live in this part of the world. Truly appreciated!
