I am an improvisational, spoken word artist fusing my poetry with music and letting it linger wherever I take up space.

I dream of moving to Memphis and starting an all femme blues band to accompany my expiremental feminist poetry. I also dream of bringing my spoken word jams to Memphis too especially to help trauma survivors live more authentically.

I create art for liberation. I seek to use vulnerability and authenticity for healing, community building, and unapologetically starting revolutions in my lifetime.
But mostly, I speaks my truth so others can do the same.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm heading down to Memphis to connect with the right people and let the stars align so I can move there this fall and start my wild all femme blues band and cultivate some of my radical authenticity work and record an album in studio. I have an Air bnb for the first half of my trip and I want to couch surf the second half to meet rad artists who can show me what Memphis is all about.

I once sold a poem I wrote on a typewriter in the Chelsea highline hotel in NYC for $100 after I performed it for strangers. 😅

I host these Spoken word jams / Authenticity Circles where I pass out instruments and I hold space for people to speak what's on their hearts while we all play music to hold their truth. I create loving spaces for people to be the most honest versions of themselves and give them permission to make music, even if it's off pitch or "bad."💌
