ABOUT ME

I'm a Brazilian vocalist, percussionist and pianist, currently living, teaching and performing in the NYC area. I love playing, writing music and teaching people to enrich their lives through it. I also love little kids (my wonderful students!), and have a real passion for languages and traveling. I'm not much of a party person, I prefer to go out to do something fun or sit somewhere nice and hang out with friends.

PHILOSOPHY

We were made to enjoy the Creator, each other, and all his gifts.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I meet up with couchsurfers and show them around the city, mostly going to concerts and cool places to eat. Also there's so much free stuff you can do... :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've stayed with some people, met up at a picnic event and explored Paris with new couchsurfing friends (including fun times at a Salsa club, plus all the touristy stuff). Had a good time with hosts in Germany and Italy so far :)

I can teach a lot about Brazil, our music and culture, etc; also about NYC and how to get around - specifically how to find all the best Jazz clubs! I also love exchanging help with different languages, teaching but also learning some cool expressions :)
I'd like to learn about traditions and music of different cultures, and also about food!
